Get Extra Storage
My hotmail account is always reminding me to “get extra storage”. Why, becuase I only have 2MB of storage and I am constantly deleting emails to save file storage. So I have now decided to get extra storage.
The name of that extra storage is Gmail. Sorry Bill, Sergey and Larry have a much better service. First of all, thanks to Dave Bennion who provided me the invite to signup for a Gmail account. Second, to the development team who has developed this great email client. They certainly were thinking out of the box when they designed this. Like Google form, it is simple quick and easy to use. Besides the extra storage of 1000MB, Gmail does a lot of the work for you to manage your email, plus you get Google’s killer search engine to search your mail, don’t ever worry about deleting mail to save space again. Gmail is still in beta so not all features are availble yet but the Gmail team has informed me of some upcoming features.

- Plain HTML version of Gmail
- Import/export Contacts
Goodbye Hotmail and welcome Gmail.
